01

Purpose

These terms govern access to the platform and Minassati intake, preparation, coordination, tracking, storage, invoicing and organization services.

02

Minassati’s role

Minassati is not a public authority, OMPIC, DirectEntreprise, law firm, notary or accounting firm. It organizes the journey and coordinates parties. Reserved work must be carried out or validated by a qualified professional.

03

Order and scope

An order becomes operational after the service is identified, minimum information is collected and scope is confirmed. The package description, quotation and exclusions prevail over general marketing material.

  • Government disbursements are identified separately.
  • Regulated work may require a separate quotation or mandate.
  • Additional work requested after confirmation may change price and timing.
04

Customer duties

The customer provides accurate, lawful and current information, cooperates in time, reviews draft documents and does not submit third-party content without sufficient rights.

  • Never provide passwords or full card numbers.
  • Use the private portal for sensitive documents.
  • Notify Minassati of changes that may affect the file.
05

Payment

Amount and method are confirmed before a payment link is issued. Payment is connected to an order reference. Refunds, cancellations or credits depend on the offer, performance stage and mandatory law; no blanket clause removes legal customer rights.

06

Timelines and outcomes

Timelines are estimates unless expressly committed in writing. Minassati does not guarantee authority decisions, name or trademark availability, third-party timing, tax results or bank approval.

07

Security, availability and ownership

Customers remain responsible for useful backups and private-link confidentiality. Minassati interfaces, brands, content and software remain protected. Maintenance or incidents may temporarily limit access, subject to reasonable security and continuity duties.

08

Governing law and contact

Terms are governed by Moroccan law subject to mandatory rules. Issues should first be reported to contact@minassati.ma with the relevant reference so a documented solution can be sought.
